How the pilot works
Setup, about 2 weeks
We set up sending domains and inboxes in your name, warm them up, build the prospect list and write the emails. You approve the emails and a sample of the list before anything sends.
30 days live
Your 3-step email sequence goes to about 1,000 qualified prospects in your territory. Replies land in your inbox.
Weekly report
One page each week: what was sent, what was delivered, replies, meetings, what we changed and what comes next. You judge the pilot on this report.
Retainer or walk away
If it is working, we carry on monthly. If not, you stop, and you keep everything.
Plain numbers
What it costs
One-time pilot fee, paid up front.
Your own tools: domains, inboxes and a data subscription. You pay the providers directly.
Only after the pilot, and only if it works and you want to continue.
The tool costs are billed to you by the providers, not marked up by us.

Our email standards
- Cold email goes to US recipients only, and follows the US CAN-SPAM Act.
- Every email says clearly that it is a commercial message, and shows a real mailing address.
- Every email has a one-click way to opt out. We honour opt-outs within 2 days.
- Business contact details come from licensed databases. We do not scrape websites or harvest email addresses.
