What we hold

If we email you as a business contact, we hold your name, work email address, job title and company name.

Where it comes from

From licensed business-contact databases, and from details a business has published itself. We do not scrape websites or harvest email addresses.

Why we hold it

To send you business-to-business emails about our services (or, for our clients, about theirs). That is the only use.

How to opt out or ask for deletion

Click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or email ben@kindlingoutbound.com. We act on opt-outs within 2 days. You can also ask us to delete your details, or to tell you what we hold about you. Just ask.

How long we keep it

If you opt out, we keep your email address on a suppression list permanently. This is so we never contact you again. Details of people who have not opted out are kept only while a campaign needs them.

We don't sell data

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
